I came up with the idea for this post after reading this. I happened upon this blog in the 4th quarter of 2005 and I've been reading it ever since. The style in which the postings are written, combining, humour, poignancy, heartfelt emotion and explicitness inspired me to start blogging in February 2007.
Self doubt is as normal as a bowel movement and everyone will be plagued with self doubt at some stage of their lives, even if we all can't be as expressive in the articulation. To regard self doubt as anything other than a normalcy is on par with trying to make out that one's bowel movement doesn't stink.
So long as the self doubt doesn't become a paralysis, it's all good.
